AERIAL SKILLS

Aerial Skills include two apparatus: Arial Silks and Lyra. These are used for dance, circus, theater, fitness, and more. Aerial Skills are challenging gymnastic workouts that builds forearm, bicep, back, abdominal, and leg strength. It also increases endurance, cardio strength, and flexibility. The aerial skills courses are designed for those who want to explore new ways of staying fit.

A session includes one day of class per week, for 4 weeks. Session enrollment is ongoing and will auto renew to the following session until cancelled.
