Parkour is a training discipline that developed from the French military obstacle course training. It involves running, jumping, climbing, swinging, rolling, vaulting and quadrupedal movement. Parkour involves seeing ones environment in a new way and imagining the potential for navigating through it by movement around, across, through, over and under it's obstacles.

Freerunning is another style of training that is similar to Parkour. Instead of trying to get from point A to point B fast and efficiently, you flip, trick and flash more exhibition style movements.

Our Parkour classes include instruction on BOTH styles of movement.

A session includes one day of class per week, for 4 weeks.
